Hi and welcome to my website
My passion for photography started many years ago as a teenager and although the technology has changed considerably since then, my desire to create a photograph with impact and which conveys a sense of place or time, remains at the heart of my photography.
I concentrate mainly on landscapes and wildlife and most of my images are local to Nottinghamshire or nearby counties. I enjoy walking throughout the UK but especially the National Parks and the North East coast. Trips abroad to the Alps and the Mediterranean islands indulge my passion for the mountains but I still believe the green of Engalnd takes some beating.
I combine my love of walking with photography and I have recorded some of the local walks for others to enjoy. I hope to add to these in due course and if you want to follow them - you can find details in the walks section.
Prints of all images are available starting at £12 for an A4 trial print - further details and ordering information are in the Print Prices and Ordering Policy Section.
Prints can be purchased via the shopping cart (just click "add to cart" on the relevant image for Payment by PayPal) or contact me via e mail for other payment methods or special requests. I am also prepared to allow reproduction of images in magazines etc. provided I retain copyright and with my written agreement. Price would depend on circulation and amount of preparation.
Finally I describe some of the practices I use and my approach to image processing in the techniques section which you may find of interest.
